We want you to love your purchase from Little Reflection Moments. Because each journal is printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or defect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at littlemomentsofreflection@gmail.com.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, duplicate orders, or changes of mind.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
